Steve specializes in assisting clients with ESOP planning and implementation as well as other forms of business continuity planning. He began his professional career in a family-owned construction company which was forced to close in 1987 due to the death of his father. In 1988, he entered the financial services industry and began servicing his clients with their business continuity planning needs. As Steve's clients reached retirement age, the need for them to transfer their business ownership lead him into the ESOP marketplace. Steve has spent well over a decade working with leading providers in this market in order to develop his consulting practice.
